WE BUILT THIS CITY Construction of SM City North EDSA started in 1983 and opened in 1985. Since then, the shopping mall has undergone several expansions and renovations. It has 4 primary buildings (the City Center, The Block, The Annex and Carpark Multilevel Bldg) and The Sky Garden covering the whole complex.
